The result showed the tensile strength 、 bending strength and modulus of the sls part were improved considerably with the increase of wollastonite content , and came up to the maximum values when the mass fraction of wollastonite was 30 % , being 35 % , 75 % and 111 % higher than those of the sls part filled with no wollastonite respectively , while the impact strength and elongation at break decreased 結果表明,燒結件的拉伸強度、彎曲強度及模量均隨硅灰石含量的增加而顯著增加,并在硅灰石質量分數為30 %時,達到最大值,分別比未添加硅灰石的燒結件增加了35 % 、 75 %和111 % ,但沖擊強度和斷裂伸長率則有所降低。

Being lightweight aggregate , the chemical mineral constituents and physical mechanics properties of lytag are analyzed . meanwhile properties of haydite concrete using lytag as coarse aggregate are also studied . the influences on lightweight concrete qualities by introducing wollastonite and chemical admixtures are researched which proves the important roles of wollastonite and admixtures in construction of concrete platforms 分析了作為輕骨料的粉煤灰陶粒的化學、礦物成分和物理力學性能以及用它作為粗骨料配制出的輕質混凝土的各項特性;研究了摻入硅灰和減水劑等外加劑對混凝土的強度、耐久性和新拌混凝土可工作性的影響;說明了硅灰和化學外加劑在海洋平臺混凝土施工中不可或缺的作用。

These studies have shown significant results : to protect wollastonite ' s crystal structure , we can forge and then cool it before fining ; adopting mechanochemical modification by jet mill , we can make wollasonite to fine and modification at the same time ; in order to understand thoroughly the major results achieved in enhancement of mechanical capabilities of the polypropyl ene filled with the modified wollastonite , this paper has researched deeply the interface mechanism through combining experiments and measure means with theory analysis , and tried to give a further explanation and demonstration about improving of the macroscopic mechanics performances of composite material and to offer a theoretical basis for improving material ' s mechanical properties 特別是采用粉碎前對硅灰石煅燒空冷處理的方式,獲得了超細化程度更高、長徑比更大的硅灰石;利用機械力化學改性及超音速氣流粉碎技術,使硅灰石粉碎?改性同時完成;應用現代測試手段,結合實驗對界面微觀形貌、結構及其機理進行研究,進一步解釋與論證了復合材料的宏觀力學性能,為改善復合材料的綜合性能提供了理論基礎。這些方面的研究在同類研究中具有一定的創新性。

This paper mainly focused on the study on the preparation of and interface mechanism of wollastonite / polypropylene , a foreland problem in material science . basing on a lot of experiments , application of various related theories and modern test and analysis means , i have systematically researched the methods and technology of smashing , surface modification of wollastonite and the preparation of wollastonite / polypropylene 在大量實驗的基礎上,應用多學科的相關理論及現代測試技術對硅灰石粉的制備、表面改性方法及工藝、改性效果評價、改性硅灰石與聚丙烯復合材料的制備、界面微觀形貌及其界面機理等進行了全面系統的分析研究,取得了較為滿意的研究成果和一些新的認識。

Wollastonite is also used as : protective slag in casting ; sillicon - steel ; electrode coating ; lagging material ; ceramic moulds and bonding agent for abrasives a filling agent in paper making , the trace mineral in the production of white cement and special electric ceramics 硅灰石還是模鑄硅鋼的保護渣,電焊條的涂料,陶瓷鑄模,生產研磨材料和靡輪黏合劑,造紙的充填劑,生產白水泥,制造特殊電氣陶瓷等不可多得的礦物原料。

( 3 ) studying the effect of wollastonite content on performances of composite material , we can find out that the optimum content of wollastonite is 30 % , with the content continues to rise , the performances fall accordingly ( 3 )硅灰石含量對復合材料性能的影響實驗表明,硅灰石在pp中的最佳含量為30 ,隨著硅灰石含量的繼續增加,其機械力學性能隨之下降。

( 4 ) compared with other fillers , the performances of wollastonite filling composite system are super to that of calcium carbonate and talcum filling systems , and are near to that of asbestos and glass fiber filling systems ( 4 )與其它pp填充礦物相比,硅灰石填充復合體系的綜合力學性能優于碳酸鈣和滑石的填充體系,并可與石棉、玻璃纖維的填充體系相媲美。

When sufficient wollastonite is added to ceramic material , the baking temperature can be decreased ang the baking duation greatly shortened to one rapid low temperature bake , thus saving fuel and reduing production costs 在陶瓷原料中加入適量的硅灰石,可以大幅度降低燒成溫度,縮短燒成時間,實現低溫快速一次燒成,大量的節約燃料,明顯降低產品成本。

( 2 ) considering the effect of wollastonite particle size on performances of composite material , we can find out that , with particle size smaller and smaller , the performances rise at first and then fall ( 2 )硅灰石粒徑對復合材料性能的影響實驗表明,隨著硅灰石粒徑的減小,其機械性能呈現先上伸后下降的趨勢。
