And david said to uriah , be here today , and after that i will let you go . so uriah was in jerusalem that day and the day after 大衛吩咐烏利亞說、你今日仍住在這里、明日我打發你去。于是烏利亞那日和次日住在耶路撒冷。
Then david said to uriah , “ go down to your house and wash your feet . “ so uriah left the palace , and a gift from the king was sent after him 8大衛對烏利亞說，你回家去，洗洗腳吧。烏利亞出了王宮，隨后王送他一分食物。
When david was told , “ uriah did not go home , “ he asked him , “ haven ' t you just come from a distance ? why didn ' t you go home ? 10有人告訴大衛說，烏利亞沒有回家去。大衛就問烏利亞說，你從遠路上來，為什么不回家去呢？
And david sent and enquired after the woman . and one said , is not this bathsheba , the daughter of eliam , the wife of uriah the hittite 3大衛就差人打聽那婦人是誰。有人說，她是以連的女兒，赫人烏利亞的妻拔示巴。
In it he wrote , “ put uriah in the front line where the fighting is fiercest . then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die . 15信內寫著說，要派烏利亞前進，到陣勢極險之處，你們便退后，使他被殺。
And nathan departed unto his house . and the lord struck the child that uriah ' s wife bare unto david , and it was very sick 撒下12 : 15拿單就回家去了。耶和華擊打烏利亞妻給大衛所生的孩子、使他得重病。
So nathan went to his house . then the lord struck the child that uriah ' s widow bore to david , so that he was very sick 撒下12 : 15拿單就回家去了。耶和華擊打烏利亞妻給大衛所生的孩子、使他得重病。

But uriah lay down at the entrance to the king ' s house with all the servants of his lord and did not go down to his house 9烏利亞卻和他主人的眾仆人一同睡在王宮門外，沒有下到自己家里去。
Then nathan went to his house . and jehovah struck the child whom uriah ' s wife bore to david , and he was very sick 15拿單就回家去了。耶和華擊打烏利亞妻子給大衛所生的孩子，他就得了重病。
