It is well known that wo3 is a conductance - type semiconductor gas sensing material , but the research on fish freshness detector with wo3 - based gas sensor to trimethylamine is still at a beginning stage . in this project , the wo3 - based gas sensors to trimethylamine are made , and their gas sensing performance are researched , especially at low temperature , the results are as follows : 1 . the nano - sized wo3 powder is prepared by sol - gel method of sodium tungstate and hydrochloric acid , and its microstructure is analyzed by using xrd , sem and tem , for material ’ s microstructure is closely related to gas sensing performance 本課題制備了wo3材料,并以它為基材,制作了三甲胺氣敏傳感器,研究了其對三甲胺的氣敏性能,尤其是低工作溫度下的氣敏性能,得到結果如下: 1 、本課題以鎢酸鈉和濃鹽酸為反應物,用溶膠凝膠法制備了納米wo3材料,并采用x射線衍射分析儀( xrd ) ,掃描電鏡( sem ) ,透射電鏡( tem )對該材料進行結構分析和形貌觀察,研究發現材料的微觀結構與氣敏性能緊密相關。

Thirty - one crystals of polyoxometalates ( 1d , 2d , 3d ) were prepared by means of middle hydrothermal technique , molecular design and self - assembly , and characterized structurally by single crystal x - ray diffraction . the thermal stability , activity of catalysis and magnetism of some compounds were systematically studied . the continuous appearance of p - v - o , p - mo - o , v - mo - o , v - o system with novel structure enrich polyoxometalate chemistry , the reaction characterization and the synthesis law of molybdates , tungstates and vanadates under hydrothermal conditions were explored 由于p - v - o 、 p - mo - o 、 v - mo - o 、 v - o體系新結構不斷出現,豐富了多金屬氧酸鹽化學,探討水熱條件下釩、鉬、鎢物種的反應特性和生成規律,研究原料的選擇、配比、加料順序、濃度、酸度、反應溫度、反應時間等因素對產物的生成及結構的影響,為新的催化劑、導電材料、磁性材料的研制與開發積累經驗。

The main conclusions with innovative features acquired from the present work are as follows : ( 1 ) soft solution processing technique for preparing functional thin films was put forward and applied to preparing advanced inorganic functional thin films ; a series of molybdate and tungstate films with scheelite - type were prepared directly on metal substrates ( molybdenum and tungsten foils ) by using constant current electrochemical technique at room temperature ; a series of titanate thin films with perovskite - type were synthesized directly on titanium flakes by hydrothermal method in our country for the first time 通過上述研究工作,得到了如下具有創新性研究成果: ( 1 )首次在國內提出和運用軟溶液制備工藝技術進行無機功能薄膜材料的制備研究;首次在國內采用室溫恒電流電化學技術直接在金屬基底(鉬片和鎢四川大學博士學位論文片)制備了白鎢礦結構的鋁酸鹽、鎢酸鹽薄膜;首次在國內采用水熱合成技術在欽金屬片上直接沛叮備了鈣欽礦結構的欽酸鹽薄膜。

( 4 ) taking bamoo4 thin film as an example , the processing conditions and the formation mechanisms of molybdate and tungstate thin films by electrochemical technique , and the optimum processing conditions of the two kinds of as - grown thin films above - mentioned were obtained ( 4 )以bal討oq為例,首次系統全面的研究了電化學制備鋁酸鹽、鎢酸鹽薄膜的工藝剎牛及其電化學咸次莫機制,得出了電化學制備上述兩大系列薄膜的優化工藝路線。
