On the basis of the investigation of the content and distribution of heavy metals in sediments and benthic organisms from the sewage stream in guangzhou city , the antagonistic effect of selenium on the harm of mercury ( hg2 + ) to the tissues in swordtail fish ( xiphophorus helleri ) , the 22nd offspring purely cultivated by pearl river fishery research institute , were measured by physiological and biochemical indexes and observation of electron microscopy 本研究中首先調查了廣州市河涌沉積物及底棲生物體內重金屬含量及分布,并以珠江水產研究所培育的水生實驗動物?劍尾魚為實驗材料,利用環境生物技術,電鏡觀察等技術方法研究了重金屬?汞對劍尾魚組織的毒害及機體必需微量元素硒對其毒害的拮抗性影響。

This paper summarized the main endpoints and special sensitive indices of fish in the study of endocrine disruption , and introduced the main biological characteristics of several fish species such as chinese rare minnow , zebrafish , medaka , guppy , swordtail fish and fathead minnow , and their use in screening , detecting and assessment for endocrine disruptors 本文主要綜述了利用魚類進行內分泌干擾研究的主要測試終點和敏感效應指標;重點介紹了稀有鮑鯽、斑馬魚、日本青? 、孔雀魚、劍尾魚、黑頭軟口鰷等魚類的主要生物學特性,以及利用它們進行內分泌干擾物的篩選與測試方面的研究成果。
