Based on analysis of soil physical , chemical and biological properties , soil properties and soil integrated fertility index ( iff ) of different successional series of subalpine coniferous in western sichuan were systematically studied . the results showed soil fertility degradation of subalpine coniferous forests was mainly related to decrease of soil organic matter 從土壤物理、化學和生物學性質角度出發,系統地研究了四川西部亞高山針葉林不同演替階段土壤性質和土壤綜合肥力指標值,結果表明:川西亞高山針葉林土壤性質主要受土壤有機質的影響,人工林地土壤肥力質量退化主要由于有機質的減少并導致相關土壤物理、化學和生物學性質惡化。

But so far , there have not report about forest soil microbe and soil enzymatic activity in westen sichuan . the study ' s object is bitch forest . spruce forest , fir forest , chrysanthemum alp , willow community and two couch grass , so the research of the soil microorganisma , soil enzymatic activity in the subalpine coniferous forests in western sichuan is significant to china . the result shows that : 1 . in the soil , the relativity of the soil microbial puantity is very prominence , the relation with the quantity of the soil microorganism is that : bacillus > actinomyceto > fungi ; the amount of the microorganism of physiological group sequence ranging from high to low is : aminate > bacteriumazotobacter > denitrify bacterium > nitrobacteria > cellulose decomposing bacteria . under the different vegetable community , the microbial quantity is that : s5 > s7 > s6 > s1 > s2 > s4 > s3 其中,各群落中土壤微生物總數以白樺純林( s5 )群落最多,每克干土中的含菌量達66 . 13 10 ~ 6個;其次是冷杉針葉林( s7 )群落,每克干土中的含菌量達43 . 41 10 ~ 6個:第三是云杉針葉林( s6 )群落,每克干土中的含菌量達42 . 85 10 ~ 6個;第四是繡線菊-茅草群落( s1 ) ,每克干土中的含菌量達33 . 83 10 ~ 6個;第五是高山柳群落( s2 ) 、茅草( s4 )群落,每克干土中的含菌量分別為33 . 33 10 ~ 6個和33 . 08 10 ~ 6個;第六是茅草群落( s3 ) ,土壤微生物數量最少每克干土中的含菌量僅為23 . 12 10 ~ 6個。

Based on above - mentioned analysis , the strategy and measures to prevent the soil fertility quality degradation of artificial picea mature forest and improve the stand ecological environment were put forward , including the rational management of inter - cutting down and fostering after artificial picea forest matured . because conifer - hardwood forests generally contain more tree species than pure coniferous forest , and their structure also is more complex , forestation in subalpine of western sichuan should be conifer - hardwood forests 林地土壤有機質主要來源于凋落物的分解,并受其分解速率的控制,解決當前人工成熟林地土壤退化的主要措施應為林地凋落物分解創造條件,即因地制宜地對成熟人工林進行間伐或輪伐,當前在該區域造林應避免營造針葉純林。

It was found that : ( 1 ) the vegetation type of xiaozhaizigou nature reservation are broad leaved forest and coniferous deciduous forest , subalpine coniferous forests ; ( 2 ) there are “ fargesia rufa , f . denudata , f . nitida , bashania fangiana “ in various vegetation type in xiaozhaizigou nature reserve , especially mixed coniferous and broad - leaved forests and subalpine coniferous forests ; ( 3 ) in xiaozhaizigou , the broad - leaved forest , mixed coniferous and broad - leaved forests , and subalpine coniferous forests were suitable habitat for pandas ; ( 4 ) with the ascension of altitude , the vegetation type alters naturally and takes on natural state 結果表明: ( 1 )小寨子溝大熊貓生境的植被類型有2種:闊葉林和針葉林; ( 2 )小寨子溝自然保護區內分布有青川箭竹、缺苞箭竹、華西箭竹、冷箭竹等多種箭竹,這些作為大熊貓食料的箭竹廣布在各種植被類型中,尤其是針闊混交林和亞高山針葉林; ( 3 )大熊貓對生境的群落結構有較廣的適宜性,闊葉林、針闊混交林、亞高山針葉林均可作為它的適宜生境; ( 4 )小寨子溝自然保護區內的植被類型是隨海拔的升高而自然過渡的,呈現出受人類活動影響較小的自然狀態。
