The thesis focuses on the study of the effects of the amount of sic and ptfe particles on the deposition rate and the content of different particles in the composite coatings . the result shows that the deposition rate is quicker , the content of sic and ptfe particles in the coating is medium and the plating bath is stable with the addition of 10 ~ 25 g / 1 sic particles and 5 ~ 20 ml / 1 ptfe particles in the bath 然后在此基礎上,成功獲得了ni - p - ptfe - sic化學復合鍍工藝,著重研究了sic , ptfe的添加量對鍍層沉積速度和鍍層中各種物質的百分含量的影響。研究結果表明, sic添加量為10 20g 1 , ptfe添加量為5 20ml 1時,所得鍍層沉積速度較大, sic與ptfe含量適中,鍍液穩定。
