On another occasion , we visited a center for parolees where the residents were mostly elderly people who have difficulty earning a living and do not have anyone who to care for them . with best wishes for the coming new year gifts of love were also presented to them from supreme master ching hai 此外我們也前往拜訪在管理所的受保護管束人，這些人比較年長，沒有一技之長，也沒有子女或其他家屬可以照顧他們，所以被安排住在這里，我們同樣把師父的愛的禮物贈送給他們，希望他們過個好年。

On september 17 , 2004 , initiates from the supreme master ching hai international association and staff members from the hualien district court prosecutor s office held a joint activity to express their concern for local parolees and help them adjust physically and mentally to building new lives through spirituality . when the participants entered the hualien social welfare hall , each received a rose from the initiates and their forlorn faces immediately brightened up with smiles 2004年9月17日，清海無上師世界會與福爾摩沙花蓮地方法院檢察署于花蓮市社會福利館禮堂，合辦一場關懷受保護管束人的活動，希望藉由靈性力量，讓這些受保護管束的學員們在潛移默化中，重新調適身心，并塑造全新自我。

In december 1999 and january 2000 , practitioners distributed warm clothing and supplies to inmates of the counseling home of geng sheng protection society , hualien branch and low - income parolees under the observation of the hualien prosecution department 月份分別送御寒用品到更生保護會花蓮分會輔導所給貧病孤苦無依的收容人，及花蓮檢察署觀護人室假釋出獄的低收入受保護管束人。
