Article 18 an employing entity that forges , alters , fraudulently uses or transfers employment permits shall be ordered to make corrections by the administrative department of labor and social security , and be fined 1000 yuan , and the said employing entity may not hire any person from taiwan , hong kong or macaw within one year 第十八條用人單位偽造、涂改、冒用、轉讓就業證的，由勞動保障行政部門責令其改正，并處1000元罰款，該用人單位一年內不得聘雇臺、港、澳人員。
