This paper mainly study on the technics of preparing nano - si3n4 and icpecvd . seeking for the proper parameter and technics , crystallization of nano - si3n4 powder with muffle furnace , probe the new effective way of improving the properties of nano - si3n4 powder the ion density in the reaction chamber was diagnosed by a langmuir probe . the rules were obtained under different air pressure , different radio frequency power and different position which the ion density changes about from 1010cm - 3 to 1010cm - 3 decreasing as the pressure increases and increasing as the power decreases 利用朗繆爾探針診斷了反應室內等離子體參數,得到不同位置、不同功率和不同氣壓下等離子體密度的變化規律,結果表明離子密度為10 ~ 8 10 ~ ( 10 ) cm ~ ( - 3 ) ,等離子體密度隨著功率的增大而增大,隨著氣壓的升高而減小,由于離子鞘層的存在,在一定條件下提供了局部等離子體密度穩定的區域。

Considering the advantages of lb films technology in making biosensor and present research status of urease biosensor , in this thesis , we have prepared urease / amphiphile mixed lb films and pure urease lb films , and transferred the films onto the surface of signal transducer by the lb films technology . the characteristics of the urease biosensors are investigated subsequently 鑒于lb膜技術在制作生物傳感器方面的優點以及脲酶生物傳感器的研究現狀,本論文制備并優化了脲酶兩親性化合物混合lb膜和純脲酶langmuir膜的成膜條件;并采用lb膜技術將其轉移到信號轉換器表面,研究了其脲酶生物傳感器的特性。

The main works are shown as the below : ( 1 ) . langmuir monolayer of behenic acid and dppc surfactants behenic acid is a classical amphiphile , it has been applied to prepare functional lb films and quantum semiconducting particle films . therefore , it is of essential importance to study behenic acid monolayer at the air / aqueous interface ; at additional , in the different subphase ( h2o cdcl2 ) conditions behaviors of behenic acid monolayers have been studied ; moreover , we study dppc monolayer at the aqueous subphase , stability of dppc at the different surface pressures and speed rates 研究內容如下: ( 1 )二十二酸、 dppc單分子膜成膜性能研究主要研究典型的小分子成膜化合物(二十二酸)在純水和金屬離子cd ~ ( 2 + )兩種亞相下分子聚集過程,詳細討論了膜的形成和相變過程,分析了純水和金屬離子cd ~ ( 2 + )兩種亞相情況對各狀態下膜的靜態彈性的影響;同時考查dppc單分子膜相變過程,同時研究了在不同壓力處、不同壓膜速度條件下對分子膜穩定性的影響。
