Brassica crops occupy the largest cultivated areas and produce the highest yields among the vegetables and oil crops in our countryside . it is one of the most prevalent crops in the utilization of heterosis and have been regarded as model plants in the process of researches on their molecular mechanism of self - incompatibility and breeding and application of male sterility 蕓薹屬植物( brassica )是我國栽培面積最大,產量最高的一類蔬菜與油料作物,在我國蔬菜和油料生產和供應中占有極其重要的地位,蕓薹屬作物也是雜種優勢利用最為普遍的一類作物,其自交不親和性的分子機理和雄性不育系的選育及其應用基礎的研究深受人們重視。

Considering the characteristic of common mapping populations and basing on the principles of composite interval mapping through mixed linear model suggested by zhu ( 1998 ) , zhu and weir ( 1998 ) , a novel strategy for qtl mapping was proposed in this study , which is adapt to analyze f , population , especially permanent f2 population . in the present study , a new approach for heterosis prediction was also proposed 考慮到常用作圖群體的特點,根據朱軍( 1998 )及zhu和weir ( 1998 )提出的基于混合線性模型的復合區間作圖原理,本研究提出了一套全新的qtl定位策略,適于分析f _ 2群體特別是永久f _ 2群體,并提出了基于qtl效應的雜種優勢預測新途徑。

The results indicated that opposite maize had widespread heterosis like alternative maize ; yield advantage of opposite f1 ( alternative alternative ) was better than that of f1 ( opposite opposite ) and f1 ( alternative opposite or reverse ) ; general combining ability of yield characters was decreased by opposite characters transfer maize , but alternative maize with opposite genes has high general combining ability , so that on the opposite maize breeding , alternative inbred lines with different opposite genes can be parents for breeding hybrid lines ( alternative alternative ) and hybrid varieties with more seeds and high yield can be obtained 結果表明:對生玉米同互生玉米一樣具有普遍的雜種優勢,在產量性狀上f1對生株優勢互互組合大于對對組合和對互(互對)組合;對生性狀的轉育對產量性狀的一般配合力有降低效應,而含有對生基因的互生玉米具有較高的一般配合力效應,因此,在對生玉米育種中可以利用含有不同對生基因的互生自交系作親本來組配雜交組合(互互) ,從而獲得較高的制種產量和高產的對生雜交種。
