As sodom and gomorrah were overthrown , along with their neighboring towns , “ says the lord , “ so no one will live there ; no man will dwell in it 18耶和華說，必無人住在那里，也無人在其中寄居，要像所多瑪，蛾摩拉，和鄰近的城邑傾覆的時候一樣。
“ as when god overthrew sodom and gomorrah with its neighbors , “ declares the lord , “ no man will live there , nor will any son of man reside in it 耶50 : 40耶和華說、必無人住在那里、也無人在其中寄居要像我傾覆所多瑪蛾摩拉和鄰近的城邑一樣。

“ truly i say to you , it will be more tolerable for the land of sodom and gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city 太10 : 15我實在告訴你們、當審判的日子、所多瑪和蛾摩拉所受的、比那城還容易受呢。
And the lord said , “ the outcry of sodom and gomorrah is indeed great , and their sin is exceedingly grave 創18 : 20耶和華說、所多瑪和蛾摩拉的罪惡甚重、聲聞于我。
gomorrha
They made war with bera , king of sodom , and with birsha , king of gomorrah , shinab , king of admah , and shemeber , king of zeboiim , and the king of bela ( which is zoar ) 2他們都攻打所多瑪王比拉、蛾摩拉王比沙、押瑪王示納、洗扁王善以別、和比拉王比拉就是瑣珥。
As at the downfall of sodom and gomorrah and their neighbouring towns , says the lord , no man will be living in it , no son of man will have a resting - place there 耶和華說，必無人住在那里，也無人在其中寄居，要像所多瑪，蛾摩拉，和鄰近的城邑傾覆的時候一樣。
As in the overthrow of sodom and gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof , saith the lord , no man shall abide there , neither shall a son of man dwell in it 18耶和華說，必無人住在那里，也無人在其中寄居，要像所多瑪，蛾摩拉，和鄰近的城邑傾覆的時候一樣。
And the border of the canaanites was from sidon , as thou comest to gerar , unto gaza ; as thou goest , unto sodom , and gomorrah , and admah , and zeboim , even unto lasha 迦南人的境界是從西頓伸向基拉耳，直到迦薩；又伸向所多瑪、蛾摩拉、押瑪、洗扁，直到拉沙。

And he looked toward sodom and gomorrah , and toward all the land of the plain , and beheld , and , lo , the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace 創19 : 28向所多瑪、和蛾摩拉、與平原的全地觀看不料、那地方煙氣上騰、如同燒瑤一般。
