The fly ash foamed concrete product line which is suitable for industrialization was designed in this paper and the technics flow was showed , the project of zhida concrete plant belonging to china water and electricity 14th bureau was introduced as an example , the summary is that the industrialization of fly ash foamed concrete can not only be realized , but also creates good economy and society benefits for the enterprises 本文還設計了適合工業化規模生產的粉煤灰發泡混凝土生產線,給出了產品的工藝流程,以中國水電十四局志達混凝土廠為例介紹了工程的實際情況,結果表明西安理工大學碩士學位論文粉煤灰發泡混凝土不僅可成功實現工業化生產,而且可為企業創造良好的經濟效益和社會效益。

In this paper , the effects of fly ash , cement , lime , fine sands , foam agent , w / c ratio and additional agent on foamed concrete were studied by experiments , the best combination ratio of fly ash foamed concrete whose density varies from 551kg / m3 to 650kg / m3 was obtained through orthogonal test design , the foam agent quantity and the fly ash quantity effect the fly ash foamed concrete greatly , so the author selected them as independents to establish duality linear regression equations , the equations were quite ideal through the test of model summary r . moreover , the author also did some experiments about the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement fly ash foamed concrete , the outcome showed that phosphoric acid has good effect on water resistance , and its appropriate quantity was found 本文通過試驗研究了粉煤灰、水泥、石灰、細砂、發泡液、水灰比及外加劑對粉煤灰發泡混凝土性能的影響,采用正交設計試驗方法得出了600級粉煤灰發泡混凝土的最佳配合比,同時發現發泡液和粉煤灰摻量對發泡混凝土的影響最為顯著,因此,以二者為自變量建立了二元線性回歸方程,通過全相關系數的檢驗發現方程較為理想。此外,還對氯氧鎂水泥基粉煤灰發泡混凝土的耐水性進行了相關實驗,發現磷酸有較好的耐水性效果,同時找到了其合適的摻量范圍。

Recently , using solid clay brick is gradually prohibited , so the new wall material is required to fill up the new architecture . many sections research on this field , using fly ash to develop new building materials is the mostly adopted method , among the new building materials , fly ash foamed concrete is a noticeable one because of its outstanding merits such as light weight , heat preservation , sound insulation and good resisting earthquake . using fly ash to develop foamed concrete can not only become fly ash into resources , but also provide a new kind of building materials for the innovation of wall materials , which has good economy and society ben efits 近年來,由于墻改“禁實”政策的實施,市場急需新的墻體材料來填補新建筑所需,許多單位相繼開展了各有關研究,綜合利用粉煤灰研制開發新型建材逐漸成為了主流,其中多孔混凝土特別是粉煤灰發泡混凝土,正以它突出的輕質、保溫、隔音、抗震效果好等優點,成為一種引人注目的建筑材料,利用工業固體廢棄物粉煤灰研制發泡混凝土不僅能實現粉煤灰的資源化,而且還可為墻體材料的改革提供一種新型建筑材料,具有較好的經濟效益和社會效益。

The microstructure of fly ash foamed concrete and the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement foamed concrete were analysed in virtue of sem method , at the same time , whose process to hydrate and carbonization resistance were analysed correspondly 借助sem測試手段對粉煤灰發泡混凝土的微觀結構和氯氧鎂水泥基發泡混凝土的耐水性進行了機理分析,同時對其水化過程及抗碳化性能也進行了相應的機理分析。

Foamed concrete has got much attention , however , the actual foaming agent has badly blocked the evolution of the excellent foamed concrete 摘要泡沫混凝土已經受到廣泛的關注,但發泡劑的泡沫性能卻不能滿足制備高品質泡沫混凝土的需要。
