This experiment to adopt the method that paraffin was cut into slices studied the structural growth process on appearance and dissect of pugionium cornutum ( l ) gaertn in germination period and young sprout ; and to adapt wild flower , fruit , seed and cultivated root , stem and leaf of pugionium cornutum ( l . ) gaertn in leaf lushing period and leaf exhausting period from eerduosi city proceeded the research on appearance and anatomies . the result enunciates : the organs of pugiorium cornutum ( l . ) gaertn in root , stem and leaf have started dividing in germination period ; the transporting tissue and storing water tissue in young sprout period has been divided ; the ransporting tissue is flourishing , but the supporting tissue is unflourishing , so the root , stem and leaf of pugionium cormutum ( l ) gaertn is suitable for edibility 本試驗采用石蠟切片研究了沙芥發芽期、幼苗生長期各器官形態及解剖結構的變化過程;并對采自鄂爾多斯市野生沙芥花、果實、種子及人工栽培的葉片旺盛生長期、葉片生長衰退期的根、莖、葉等材料進行了形態及解剖學研究,結果表明:沙芥發芽期根、莖、葉各器官內組織已開始分化;幼苗期已分化出發達的輸導組織及貯水組織;葉片旺盛生長期各器官具有發達的輸導組織,但機械組織不發達,因此沙芥的根莖葉適于食用。
