A single direction thin layer chromatography ( stlc ) was researched in order to detect citrinin from above samples , . the results revealed that ethyll acetate : toluene : formic acid ( 6 : 3 : 1 ) was a good developer , then the citrinin from the 29 hongqu samples above were detected , and 6 samples with citrinin less than 0 . 20 g / g ( stlc ) and their strains were screened 第二,以上述29個紅曲樣品為實驗材料,對紅曲中桔霉素的(單向)薄層層析( stlc )條件進行了研究。結果顯示,以甲苯:乙酸乙酯:甲酸( 6 : 3 : 1 )為展開劑,桔霉素的分離效果較好。

In this paper , the physical and chemical properties , the toxicological characteristics , the biosynthetic pathway and the detection method of citrinin produced in monascus were introduced and the relative counter measures to eliminate citrinin were also illustrated 介紹了紅曲中產生的桔霉素的理化性質、毒性、產生途徑和檢測方法等的研究現狀,并就如何消除紅曲中桔霉素提出了對策。
