The anti - wearing property of chme steel is 15 percent to 35percent higher than zgmnl3 , which is a widely used anti - wearing steel . the reason of the excellent mechanical properties and anti - wearing property of chme steel is that the heat treatment sturcture of chme steel is composed of tempered martensite , bainite , temper troostite , remaining austenite and carbonide 磨面分析表明, chme鋼基體高強度,高硬度、良好的強韌性配合和碳化物硬質點的彌散分布,磨痕細短淺小,擠塑變形區細小均勻,抵抗沖擊滑動累積塑性疲勞能力強,是其耐磨性比zgmn13高的原因。

Results of the experiments showed that the wear mechanisms of the sintered steel included abrasive wear , adhesive wear and fatigue wear , and it was the abrasive wear most important . it was the sintered steel mixed by ni , mo that was the best on the wear resistance , because of the great lot of bainite ; the sintered steel quenched and low temperature tempered mixed by mo , w that was the best on the wear resistance , because of the rigidity of the steel was the highest 實驗結果表明:本文中幾種燒結鋼的磨損機制均是由磨粒磨損、粘著磨損、和疲勞磨損共同作用的,且以磨粒磨損為主;在燒結態下,復合添加合金元素鎳、鉬的燒結鋼的耐磨性能最好,這是因為生成了大量的硬質相貝氏體;而淬火、低溫回火態下,則復合添加鉬、鎢的燒結鋼的耐磨性能最好,這是因為熱處理態下添加鉬、鎢的燒結鋼的硬度最高。

It was pointed out that with different chemical composition and different iso - quenching temperature , the structure morphologies of the bainite transition products are different from each other , the ferrite is the indispensable constituent , and whether there is or not carbide existing is not the necessary criterion to discern the bainite 指出不同化學成分和不同等溫溫度時貝氏體相變產物的組織形態不同,鐵素體是貝氏體中不可缺少的組成部分,以及碳化物的存在與否不是判斷貝氏體的必要依據。
