This paper researches and analyses the developments of network measurement systems and magnetostrictive transducers from world wide region . analyzing the characteristics curve of magnetostrictive transducers based on its equivalent circuit , researching the method how to make sure its syntony frequency and its electric simulation network parameters . realizing the magnetostrictive transducers network in labview virtual instrument development environment based on ethernet 根據磁致伸縮換能器的等效電路,分析了其輸入阻抗的特性曲線,研究了通過磁致伸縮換能器的輸入阻抗確定磁致伸縮換能器的諧振頻率及磁致伸縮換能器的電氣模擬網絡參數的方法;同時在所研究的基于以太網的labview虛擬儀器平臺中首次實現了磁致伸縮換能器電氣模擬的網絡化。

Under windows nt and labview development environment , using the linear fit module , exponential fit module > general polynomial fit module of labview to design a method for fitting the experiment data , the results of curve fitting indicate that the purpose of general polynomial fitting is better than the rest . separating the equivalent input impedance of magnetostrictive transducers without stimulate current from input impedance of it with stimulate loop based on the results of curve fitting , and determining the syntony frequency and electric simulation network parameters of magnetostrictive transducers by this input impedance . finally , with labview network functions , realizing magnetostrictive transducer electric simulation system based on web server and discussing a scheme for this system network by datasocket . the method of this paper can more accurately determine the syntony frequency and electric simulation network parameters of magnetostrictive transducers than the testing method of syntony & anti - syntony . at the same time , discussing virtual instrument measurement system and how to realize magnetostrictive transducer electric simulation network system by labview network functions of network virtual instrument measurement development environment 在windowsnt系統環境和labview虛擬儀器技術開發平臺下,首次利用labview中的直線擬合模塊、指數擬合模塊以及多項式擬合模塊,設計了一種對實驗所得數據進行曲線擬合的方法,對三種擬合方法進行了比較,曲線擬合結果表明,多項式擬合方法相對于其它兩種擬合方法效果更好;根據曲線擬合的結果可從帶激勵線圈的磁致伸縮換能器的輸入阻抗中分離出磁致伸縮換能器鐵芯在無激勵電流時機械振動形成的等效輸入阻抗,并由此輸入阻抗確定了磁致伸縮換能器的諧振頻率及其電氣模擬網絡參數;最后通過labview提供的網絡功能,實現了基于web服務器的磁致伸縮換能器電氣模擬虛擬儀器測試系統,并探討了通過datasocket技術實現該系統網絡化的方案。
